My yoga journey began five years ago as a way to gain strength and flexibility, but Yoga has given me so much more. Yoga teaches us to sync with our breath and become centered. Not letting any external influences shake us, on and off the mat.

Challenging not only my students but myself in my yoga classes is the best job ever! I love sharing my passion of movement with others as they reach their own fitness goals!
