10 years ago when I started weight training at the gym I started having chronic back problems due to my scoliosis. My doctor recommended me to incorporate to my practice Yoga or Pilates.
The combination between weight training and yoga cured my back problems. Eventually my body went through a total transformation becoming stronger and leaner, yet sculpted and defined. I was so happy with these results that I decided to become a instructor. I got my certification in Yoga with weights and Power yoga in Austin, Texas.
I’ve been teaching fitness and Yoga classes in different gyms and studios in Austin for over 2 years. I am passionate about using correct form, proper technique in a dynamic and fun environment. I believe that regardless of our current conditioning we are able to achieve our goals.
